You laugh at our school system, but would you have been really surprised to read, oh, that the Charleston School System has a new five year plan to improve recess quality? or that Mayor Reilly was proposing that all foods served in the cafeteria must be fried and served with chocolate milk? Just part of the fun that comes from being in the Holy City, after all.
